Corporate holdings
Stakes in owner-managed companies, preferably in technology, IT security and adjacent services. We bring operating experience — and stay out of day-to-day management.
Liquid assets
Securities and cash, conservatively positioned. They exist to preserve room for manoeuvre: whoever can always pay never has to sell at the wrong moment.
Criteria
What we measure against.
- A business model that can be explained in five sentences.
- Substance rather than growth promises: numbers that already exist.
- Moderate financing, even where more would be available.
- People we want to work with for years.
- A horizon of five years and upwards.
Exclusions
What we do not do.
- We do not manage third-party assets and provide no financial services.
- We do not offer investments and do not solicit investors.
- No short-term trading strategies, no leverage at any price.
- No transactions whose risks we cannot assess ourselves.
